Hi There- My name is Crystal Marek & I'm the girl behind the lens of Honeybee Photography. I've been married to my sweet husband James for over a decade & I'm a self proclaimed "Mamarzzi" to 4 adorable babies: Caden, Joshua, Bella, & Lilah. In the fall, our marriage is slightly interrupted for the Aggie Football season. WHOOP! We love Jesus & attend Hill Country Bible Church. I'm obsessed with Instagram & love following DIY & home decor bloggers. I love designing lovely spaces in my home, hosting parties, watching The Pioneer Woman & reruns of Fixer Upper, & can be bribed with Tiff's Treats chocolate chip cookies.   

Before I became a professional photographer, I was a wedding planner for 10 years. When I was at a wedding my husband would take the kids to get fried chicken & biscuits with honey. My oldest son called honey "honeybee" & would always ask for chicken & honeybee for dinner. It was such a sweet memory for me that I decided to make it the name of my company; thus Honeybee Photography was born & I've been capturing sweet memories for others ever since.
